These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Stardust & Pearlz. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at our discretion.

2. Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Time: Estimated delivery is 3-4 working days after processing.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
• Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Note: Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, etc.) are beyond our control.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Jewelry items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving your returned item.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

5. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.
